ORDER
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, Jefferson County,
did by Resolution No. 67-75, adopted on the 14th day of October, 1975,
declare that an emergency existed to provide additional funds for the
Board of Equalization in the sum of $2,100.00 to carry out their
duties as required by law; and set a hearing on said emergency for
October 27, 1975, at the hour of 10:00a.m., and
WHEREAS, notice of said hearing was published for one week in
the manner required by law; and
WHEREAS, this being the time and place set for said hearing,
and no objection or objection interposed;
THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED by the Board of County Commis-
sioners, that the facts upon which such an emergency was based are
true and correct, such expenditure is hereby approved, and the County
Auditor be, and she is hereby authorized to make disbursements here-
under upon receipt of properly approved vouchers.
