INTENT TO VACATE
WHEREAS, after due consideration, it appears to this Board
of County Commissioners that it is not in the public interest to
continue to maintain as a part of the County Road System:
That portion of County Road 62 -1.12,
also known as the old access road to
Pleasant Tides, lying within the North
730 feet of Government Lot 6, SE4, NE;,
Section 15, Township 25N, Range 2 West
W.M.
and in contemplation of the language of the statute RCW 36.
87.010, the same is useless, now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED, and this Board of County Commissioners does
now declare its intention to vacate and abandon said road, and be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, and the County Road Engineer is hereby dir-
ected to examine said road and report his opinion as to whether this
county road should be vacated and abandoned; whether any is in use
or has been in use; the condition thereof, and whether it will be
advisable to preserve said road for the County Road System in the
future; whether the public will be benefited by the proposed aban-
donment, and all other facts, matters and things which will be of
importance to the Board; and that such report be filed as soon as
possible.
