ORDER
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, Jefferson County,
did by Resolution No. 69 -75, adopted on the 20th day of October, 1975,
declare that an emergency existed to provide additional funds for the
Department of Public Works in the sum of $109,000.00; and set a hear-
ing on said emergency for November 3, 1975, at the hour of 10:30a.m.,
and
WHEREAS, notice of said hearing was published for one week in
the manner required by law; and
WHEREAS, this being the time and place set for said hearing,
and no objection or objection interposed;
THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED by the Board of County Commis-
sioners, that there be there is hereby appropriated for the Department
of Public Works the sum of $109,000.00 in unexpended funds to provide
for the Solid Waste fund; and be it
FURTHER ORDERED, that the County Auditor be, and she is hereby
empowered to draw warrants against the following accounts, not exceed-
ing the gross amounts so appropriated to wit:
unless a review is applied for within five days from date hereof.
and ADOPTED this 3rd. day of November, 1975.
