WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has previously designated
Robert Goehring as Jefferson County Mental Health Professional as defined by
RCW 71.05.020 (11) , and
WHEREAS, a situation exists which may require action by the County
Mental Health Professional, and
WHEREAS, Robert Goehring is out of the area and will be unavailable
for the next two weeks or longer,
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that Steven Simon be and he is
hereby designated acting County Mental Health Professional during this short
absence of Robert Goehring.
