Home My WebLink About080 75RESOLUTION NO. ~'/~ '-'~...~ ........ ~EREAS, the Board of County Cc~missioners has previously designated Robert Goehring as Jefferson County M~ntal Health Professional as defined by RCW 71.05. 020 (11) , and WHEREAS, the first alternate to act in place of the County Mental Health Professional at such times as the County Mental Health ProfessiOnal is absent frc~ the cc~nunity or otherwise unavailable to act, shall be Steven Simon, and W~EREAS, the second alternate to act in place of the County Mental Health Professional at such times as the County Mental Health Professional and the first alternate County Mental Healt/~ Professional are absent frc~ the cu~,munity or otherwise unavailable to act, shall be Roberta Hendrix, and WHEREAS, the third alternate to act in place of tJ~e County Mental Health Professional at such times as the County Mental Health Professional and the first and second alternate County Mental Health Professional are absent frc~ the co~nunity or otherwise unavailable to act, shall be .Dr. 'William .S~heyer, NOW, T~REFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that at such times as the County Mental Health Professional is absent from the cc~munity or otherwise unavailable to act, the first alternate County Mantal Health Professional shall be Steven Simon, and at such times that the County Mental Health Professional and the first alternate County Mental Health Professional are absent frc~ the ccmmunity or otherwise unavailable to act, the second alternate County M~ntal Health Professional shall be Rober%a Hendrix, and at such times that the County Mental Health Professional and the first and second alternate County M~ntal Health Professional are absent from the co~nunity or otherwise unavailable to act, the third alternate County Mental Health Professional shall be Dr. Williar~..~yer.
