A RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR THE CREATION
OF A SUPPLEMENTAL BUDGET FOR THE MENTAL
HEALTH-MENTAL RETARDATION FUND
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, Jefferson County,
found that an emergency existed to provide for the creation of a
supplemental budget for the Mental Health-Mental Retardation Fund in
the sum of $384.00, to provide additional social worker services, to
be reimbursed as per contract by and between the Community Counselling
Service and the Hospital Nursing Home; and set hearing on said emer-
gency for December 8, 1975, at 'the hour of 10:00a.m.; and
WHEREAS, notice of said hearing was published for one week in
the manner required by law; and
WHEREAS, this being the time and place set for said hearing,
and no objection or objection interposed;.and
WHEREAS',:.to conform with standards of public accounting fixed
by the State Division of Municipal Corporations a supplemental budget
for said funds has been prepared, a detailed copy of which is hereto
attached and made a part hereof;
THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED by the Board of County Commis-
sioners, that the facts upon which such an emergency was based are true
and correct, such expenditure is hereby approved, and the County Auditor
be, and she is hereby authorized to make disbursements hereunder upon
receipt of properly approved vouchers.

NOTICE OF HEARING
Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held
by the Board of Jefferson County Commissioners on the 8th day of
December, 1975, at the hour of 10:00a.m., in the Commissioners
Chambers, Jefferson County Courthouse, in relation to a proposed
emergency budget extension for the Mental Health/Mental RetardatiOn
Budget. Proposed extension is the sum of $384.00 to be reimbursed
as per contract with the Hospital Nursing Home. At said hearing
any interested taxpayer may appear and be heard for or against the
appropriation for such alleged emergency.
