RESOLUTION NO. -j/.-}'7
WHEREAS, Jefferson County entered into contract dated June 7, 1976,
with ENCON, Planning/Surveying Municipal/Environmental and Management
Consultants, for the preparation of a Wastewater Facilities Plan for the
Mid-Quimper peninsula area of Jefferson County; and
WHEREAS, ENCON has proceeded with said plan and completed the
first five task items out of a total of eight scheduled items; and
WHEREAS, a grant agreement was certified on October 13, 1976, by
the Environmental Protection Agency to assist in the funding of said
project in the amount of $14,880.00 representing 75% of the estimated
eligible cost of the project; and
WHEREAS, under the above noted agreement, reimbursement shall be
submitted by the Department of Ecology in the amount of $2,976.00 repre-
senting 15% of the estimated eligible cost of said Facilities Plan;
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners,
Jefferson County, that the Auditor be and is hereby authorized to draw
warrants from the Solid Waste fund under BARS account no. 534.00.31 -
Professional Services, not to exceed the sum of $19,840.00 for payment to
ENCON for the preparation of the Mid-Quimper Peninsula Wastewater Plan.
