WHEREAS, by County Contract No. 283 for Treasurer's
Deed, Certain real property was purchased from Jefferson County;
and
WHEREAS, said Contract included a reservation for
right -of -way easement for all public highways which may be
constructed by the authority of the Board of County Commissioners
of Jefferson County; and
WHEREAS, Jefferson County has no plans for construction
of a highway on said property and there is no foreseeable need
of that property for highway purposes, and with no foreseeable
need of the property for highway purposes the easement has no
value to Jefferson County;
NOW THEREFORE, it is hereby resolved that Jefferson
County shall convey by Quit Claim Deed its easement for highway
purposes over and across the real property described below,
to Theodore C. Kenyon, and his successors or assigns:
SEAL:
Said real property is described as follows:
Government Lot 3 of Section 18,
Township 29 North, Range 1 E.W.M.;
EXCEPT for existing County Road No.
10 (Oak Bay Road) which crosses this
description;
situate in the County of Jefferson, State of Washington.
