WHEREAS, the position of Prosecuting Attorney in Jefferson County is
a part -time position, and at this time no funds have been appropriated for
a deputy prosecuting attorney, and
WHEREAS, the Prosecuting Attorney of Jefferson County will be out of
this state attending a trial lawyer's seminar during the latter part of
February, 1977, and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to designate and appoint an individual to act
in place of the Prosecuting Attorney during his absence; NOW, THEREFORE,
IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that GLENN ABRAHAM, attorney at law, is hereby
appointed Special Deputy Prosecuting Attorney to act on behalf of Jefferson
County during the month of February, 1977, in the absence of William E.
Howard, Jefferson County Prosecuting Attorney.
