RESOLUTION NO. / t!J - '77
ORDER
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, Jefferson County,
did, on the 7th day of February, 1977, declare that an emergency
existed to provide additional funds for the Superior Court budget in
the sum of $540.00; and set a hearing on said emergency for Tuesday,
February 22, 1977, at the hour of 10:00a.m.; and
WHEREAS, notice of said hearing was published for one week in
the local newspaper as required by law; and
WHEREAS, this being the time and place set for said hearing,
and no objection or objection interposed;
THEREFORE, BE IT ORDERED by the Board of County Commissioners,
that there be and there is hereby appropriated for the Superior Court
budget the sum of $540.00 in unexpended funds to provide for the re-
furbishing of the Jury Room; and be it
FURTHER ORDERED, that the County Auditor be, and she is hereby
empowered to draw warrants against the following account, not exceeding
the gross amount so appropriated:
512.70.60.62.001
$540.00
unless a review is applied for within five days from date hereof.

the said Port Townsend Leader was on the 27th
day of June, 1941, approved as a legal newspaper
by the SuperlorCourt of said Jefferson County.

OF' TAKING TESTIMONY FOR THE PROPOSED BUDGET EXTENTION, FOR
