WIIERE'AS, Jefferson Colll1ty Water District No. 3 had made written
application for a Franchise to operate and maintain water lines on certain
Colll1ty roads described belOW', and
WHEREAS, issuance of the said Franchise appears to be in the best
interests of the citizens of this Colll1ty; Now, Therefore,
IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that a Franchise be issued to Jefferson COllllty
Water District No. 3 over the Colmty road described belOW' and in accordance
with the attached Order Granting Application for Franchise.
This Franchise is over:
Hazel Point Road No. 4080 and the Houghton Road
No. 4085, all located within the Southeast Quarter
of Section 33, ~ship 26 North, Range 1 West, W.M.
