RESOLUTION NO. /"'1-77
ORDER OF VACATION
This matter coming to be heard this day upon the County Road
Engineer's report with respect to the vacation set forth in
"Petition for Vacation of a County Roadll submitted by Leif A. Larsen
and it appearing to the Board of County COIDnlissioners that notice
of the time and in the manner provided by law, proof of such
posting and puglication being now on file herein, and said Board
having the other evidence adduced, and being fully advised in the
premises does now find and determine
That the public will be benefited by the vacation thereof;
NOW THEREF'ORE BE IT RESOLVED, and it is HEREBY ORDERED
THAT:
The South 10 feet of Bowen Street abutting Block 11 of
Campbell's Addition to Quilcene, more specifically
described as follows: The South 10 feet of the 58
Foot right-of-way of Bowen Street between the West line
extended of Washington Steeet on the East and the East
line extended of Walker Street on the West.
be and the same are hereby vacated and abandoned.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED THIS 1tfh day of February, 1977.
