ESTABLISHMENT OF A COUNTY ROAD
RESOLUTION~NO. 17- 7 7
This matter coming on to be heard this day upon the County Road Engineer's
report with respect to the intent to establish a coun~road, and it appearing
to the Board of County Commissioners that notice of hearing upon said Engineer's
report has been posted and published for the time and in the manner provided by
law, proof of such posting and publication being now on file herein, and said
Board having proceeded to consider the report of the Engineer, together with
other evidence adduced, and being fully advised in the premises, does now
find and determine
(1) that the public will be benefited by the establishment
thereof,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, and it is hereby ordered that

No. 34-1.70, (also known as the Ivan Brown Road or CZ-400
Spur Road) quit-claimed to Jefferson County by Crown Zell-
erbach Corporation as recorded in Volume 65, Pages 313,
314 and 315 of Official Records of Jefferson County,
Auditor's File No. 231105.
be and the same hereby established a county road.
