ORDER OF VACATION
RESOLUTION N6. /,8- 77
This matter coming to be heard this day upon the County Road Engineer's
report with respect to the vacation set forth in Petition for Vacation of a
County Road submitted by Robert C. Gilbert and it appearing to the Board.of
County Commissioners that notice of hearing upon said Engineer's report has
been posted and published for the time and in the manner provided by law,
proof of such posting and publication being now on file herein, and said
Board having proceeded to consider the report of the Engineer, together with
the other ~vidence adduced, and being fully advised in the premises, does
now find and determine
That the public will be benefited by the vacation thereof,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, and it is HEREBY ORDERED THAT
All that portion of the Old Casselary Road, County Road
No.34-l.70, (also known as the Ivan Brown Road or CZ-400
Spur Road) in Government Lot 4, Section 23, T. 29 N., R. 2
W.W.M. as replaced by a new alignme~t quit claimed to Jeff-
erson County by Crown Zellerbach Corporation as recorded in
Volume 65, Pages 313, 314 and 315 of Official Records of
Jefferson County, Auditors File No. 231105.
be and the same are hereby vacated and abandoned.
