RESOLUTION NO. 19-77
ORDER OF VACATION
This matter coming to be heard this day upon the County
Road Engineer's report with respect to the vacation set forth
in "Petition for Vacation of a County Road" submitted by Richard
R. Carroll, and it appearing to the Board of County Commissioners
that notice of hearing upon said Engineer's report has been posted
and published for the time and in the manner provided by law,
proof of such posting and publication being now on file herein,
and said Board having proceeded to consider the report of the
Engineer, in the promises, does now find ana determine
That the public will be benefited by the vacation thereof,
NOW THEREE'ORE, BE IT RESOLVED and it is HEREBY ORDERED THAT
that portion of Broadway Avenue, Plat of Junction City
Sections 13, 23, and 24 TWP 29N, W.M. lying between
Blocks 98 & 99. Together with that portion of 13th
Street lying between Blocks 90 & 98. Together with that
portion of 14th Street lying between Blocks 98 & 113
to the County Road right-of-way. Together with vacation
of lots 7 through 12, block 98; lots 2 through 6, block 99
EXCEPT County Road No. 102, easements of record and
usage Roads.
be and the same are hereby vacated and abandoned.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED THIS 7th DAY OF March, 1977.
