RESOLUTION NO. ~ / -77
WHEREAS, the Board of Commissioners, Jefferson County Washington
deterlnined it would be in the best interest of the public to
hold an open ceremony for the new County Multi-Service Center to
afford the citizens of the County an opportunity to become acquainted
with their new facility and to familarize them with the services
offered therein; and
WHEREAS, dedication expenses are allowable under Bulletin
No. 004 from the State Auditor IS Office affective May 14, 1954,
revised August 2, 1971;
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the County Auditor be and she
is hereby authorized to pay the expenses incurred by the dedication
of the Jefferson County Multi-Services Center from the Current
Expense Fund, General Administration not to exceed the amount of
$ 6.D- 00, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that said amount be included as
amendment to the 1977 Current Expense Fund Budget, and that the
foregoing and objectives hereof are within the provisions' of
RCW 36.40.180, and the necessary expenditures to meet this emergency
are hereby authorized without further notice or hearing.
