RESOLUTION NO. cf{~ - '77
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commission~rs, Jefferson County,
Washington, entered into agreement with the City of Port Townsend in
October, 1976, to jointly fund the architectural survey of the community
recreational facilities located on Lots 1 through 8, Block 136, Original
Townsite of the City of Port Townsend; and
WHEREAS, funding of said survey is to be divided equally

between Jefferson County and the City of Port Townsend with the overall
total not to exceed the amount of $3,000.00; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the public that funds
be provided for said,survey to enable the renovation and development of
the community center;
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the County Treasurer be, and
she is hereby authorized to transfer the amount of $1,500.00 from the
unencumbered fund balance of the Federal Revenue Sharing account to the
Jefferson-Port Townsend Regional Council budget 1977 under BARS No.517.
70.31.002, Professional Services, for payment of expenditures incurred by
the architectural survey of the Port Townsend Community Center.
