RESOLUTION NO. cP 7- 77
WHEREAS, the Board of Commissioners, Jefferson County,
Washington adopted Resolution No. 22-77 on the 28th day of March,
1977 in compliance with the Olympic Health Districts policy executed
in December, 1973; and
WHEREAS, due to the Tuberculosis Tax Levy being more than
adequate to provide for Tuberculosis Control there are surplus
1976 Tuberculosis Hospital Funds in the amount of $22,099.03, and
surplus 1976 Tuberculosis Control Funds in the amount of $23,580.96;
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the County Treasurer is hereby
authorized and empowered to transfer the unexpended BARS Account
No. 102-2 Tuberculosis Control Funds in the amount of $23,580.'96 and
BARS Account No. 102-2 Tuberculosis Hospital Funds in the amount
of $22,099.03 to the Jefferson County Current Expense Fund.
APPROVED and ADOPTED this 18th day of April, 1977.
