ORDER OF VACATION
This matter coming to be heard this day upon the County Road Engineer's
report and the County Planning Pepartment's report with respect to the
vacation set forth in "Petition for Vacation of a County Roadll submitted
by Joseph Daniels and Lee W. Hanson, and it appearing to the Board of
County Commissioners that notice of hearing has been posted and published
for the time and in the manner provided by law, proof of such posting and
publication being now on file herein, and said Board having the other
evidence adduced, and being fully advised in the premises does now find
and determine that the public will be benefited by the vacation thereof;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, and it is HEREBY ORDERED THAT:
Lot 1 through 14 in Block 4 located
between Prospect Street and Bayview
Street, all within the Plat of Mats
Mats Beach, Government Lot 3, Section
33, Township 29, Range I East
be and the same are hereby vacated and abandoned; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that due to no county roads being in-
cluded in the above described property for vacation, said petition is
exempt from compensation requirements specified under Ordinance No. 2-76
except for the cost of publication for hearing.
