This matter coming to be heard this day upon theRC8d~t~~~~aY~A~!neer's

report and the County Planning Department's report with respect to the
vacation set forth in "Petition for Vacation of a County Roadll submitted
by Joseph Daniels, and it appearing to the Board of County Commissioners
that notice of hearing has been posted and published for the time and in
the manner provided by law, proof of such posting and publication being
now on file herein, and said Board having the other evidence adduced, and
being fully advised in the premises does now find and determine that the
public will be benefited by the vacation thereof;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, and it is HEREBY ORDERED THAT:
Richard Road commencing at Prospect Street
running thence 350 feet east to Bayview
Drive, also, the interior lot lines of
Lots 1 through 7 inclusive of Block 6; Mats
Mats Beach Addition, Jefferson County,
be and the same are hereby vacated and abandoned; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that said petition is exempt from com-
pensation requirements specified under Ordinance No. 2-76 except for the
costs of publication for hearing and recording.
