RESOLUTION NO. ~77
This Board of County Commissioners having been advised by
the County Treasurer of the receipt of a state warrant in the amount of
six thousand, five-hundred eighty five and 57/100 dollars ($6,585.57),
under RCW 54.28, now therefore,
Pursuant to the authority granted Boards of County Commis-
sioners under Section .090 of said Title, the County Treasurer shall
deposit said remittance of six thousand, five-hundred eighty five and
57/100 dollars ($6,585.57) to the credit of the following taxing
districts, viz:
To School District No.~D General Fund :is- per cent
of the whole thereof;
To School District No.
of the whole thereof;
To the Jefferson County Current Expense Fund ~per
cent of the whole thereof;
General Fund ____ per cent
APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 27th day of June, 1977.

In accordance with provisions of Chapter 274, Laws of 1959 (RCW 54.28,050) and as
provided for in Appropriation Chapter 269, Laws of 1975 Ex., the following amounts
are distributed to counties from public utility excise taxes, assessed in calendar
year 1976, and collected in 1977.
