RESOLUTION NO. 4'-77
ORDER OF VACATION
report and the County Planning
This matter coming to be heard
vacation set forth in "Petition for Vacation of the County Road" submitted
by Melvin Kivley and Charles D. Broders, and it appearing to the Board
of County Commissioners that notice of hearing has been posted and
published for the time and in the manner provided by law, proof of such
posting and publication being now on file herein, and said Board having
the other evidence adduced, and being fully advised in the premises
does now find and determ~ne that the public will be benefited by the
vacation thereof;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, and it is HEREBY ORDERED THAT:
Hadlock Mill Road, County Road No. 4-1.48

commencing at County Road No.4, running
thence to new County Road to Lower Hadlock
Road No. 310, Jefferson County, Washington,
be and the same are hereby vacated and abandoned; and

the costs of publication for
