vacation set forth in "Resolution No. 39-77, Intent to VacateUN-
submitted by the Jefferson County Commissioners, and it appearing to
the Board of County Commissioners that notice of hearing has been
posted and published for the time and in the manner provided by law,
proof of such posting and publication being now on file herein, and
said Board having the other evidence adduced, and being fully advised
in be premises does now find and determine that the public will be
benefited by the vacation thereof;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, and it is HEREBY ORDERED THAT:
All that portion of County Road No. 42
(Miller Road) replaced on CRP No. 415,
dated February 28, 1977, lying within
Blocks 3 and 12, in the Irving Park
Addition to Port Townsend,;
