This matter coming to be heard this day upon the CtHn~R '~9~neer's
report and the County Planning Department's reportRF~<~~ ~f~~~e

vacation set forth in "Resolution No. 40-77, Intent to Vacatell
submitted by the Jefferson County Commissioners, and it appearing to
the Board of County Commissioners that notice of hearing has been
posted and published for the time and in the manner provided by law,
proof of such posting and publication being now on file herein, and
said Board having the other evidence adduced, and being fully advised
in the premises does now find and determine that the public will be
benefited by the vacation thereof;
NOW THEREFORE, BE I~ RESOLVED, and it is HEREBY ORDERED THAT:
That portion of Commercial Avenue; lying
between Blocks 31 and 32, 47 and 48, 51 and
52; 7th and 8th streets; and the Alleys lying
within Blocks 31, 32, 47, 48, 51 and 52 of the
Plat of Junction City as recorded in Volume 2
Plats, page 103, records of Jefferson County,
washington; also Blocks 31, 32, 47, 48, 51 and 52,
be and the same are hereby vacated and abandoned.
