RESOLUTION NO. '19-77
ORDER
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, Jefferson County,
did, on the 13th day of July, 1977; declare that an emergency existed
to provide funds for the cost of living increase for county employees
in the sum of $18,158.31 as set forth in Resolution 45-77; and set a
hearing on said emergency for Monday, July 25, 1977, at the hour of
10:00a.m.; and
WHEREAS, notice of said hearing was published for one week in
the local newspaper as required by law; and
WHEREAS, this being the time and place set for said hearing,
and no objection or objection interposed;
THEREFORE, BE IT ORDERED by the Board of County Commissioners,
that there be and there is hereby appropriated for the cost of living
increase for county employees the sum of $18,158.31 in unexpended funds;
and be it
FURTHER ORDERED, that the County Auditor be, and she is hereby
empowered to draw warrants against the following accounts, not exceeding
the gross amount so appropriated:
Equipment Rental & Revolving
County Road Fund
Current Expense Fund
Solid Waste
Election Revolving
Anti Recession
Regional Planning

$ 195.55
unless a review is applied for within five days from. date hereof.
