RESOLUTION NO. ~b-?/
WHEREAS, the purchase of certain parcels of real property by
Jefferson County would be advantageous to the citizens of this County; and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has negotiated a purchase
price of two such parcels in amounts which appear to be fair and reasonable;
Now, Therefore,
IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that the Board of County Commissioners be and
it is hereby authorized to purchase that real property described in Exhibit
IIAII which is attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein, from
Federal Revenue Sharing funds as authorized under Part 51 of Subpart D of
Title 31, Code of Federal Regulations, amended OCtober, 1975. Purchase
price for that property described in Exhibit II'A", including the easement for
purposes of ingress, egress and utilities, shall not exceed TWENTY-SEVEN
THOUSAND, NINE HUNDRED THIRTY and 00/100 Dollars ($27,930.00).
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that purchase of that real property described
in Exhibit IIBII which is attached hereto and by this reference incorporated
herein, shall be paid by the Jefferson County Department of Highways, and
shall not exceed ONE THOUSAND FIVE HUNDREDPORTY ONE and 27/100 Dollars '
($1,541.27).

The South Half of the South Half of the Northeast Quarter
of the Northwest Quarter of Section 23, Township 27 North, Range
2 W.W.M., EXCEPT the West 330 feet thereof; (Being known as Tax

Commencing at the Section corner between Sections 13, 14,
23, and 24 of Township 27 North Range 2 W.W.M.;
thence South 00 II' East along the East line of said Section 23,
a distance of 1302.3 feet, more or less, to the North line of
the South Half of the Northeast"Quarter of said Section 23;
thence North 880 40' West along the said North line a distance of
1950.45 ~eet, more or less, to the center section line of said
Section 23, being the True Starting Point for this Description;
thence South 880 40' East along the North line of the South Half
of the Northeast QUarter of said Section, a distance of 308.79
feet;
thence South 00 II' East to the Northerly right-of-way line of
