NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, and it is HEREBY ORDERED THAT:

T. 30N., R. 1 w.W.M. between a point lying N 030
01' 4811 W, 725.23 feetfrorn the center of said
Section 21 on the North end and Old F'ort Townsend
Road, County Road No. 96 on the South end,
be and the same are hereby vacated and abandoned; and
BE IT FuRTHER RESOLVED, that said petition is exempt from com-
pensation requirements specified under Ordinance No. 2-76 except for
the costs of publication'for hearing and recording.
