This matter coming to be heard this day upon the COU~YROadErtg~$e~
report and the County planning Department's report ~~h~~~~be'
vacation set forth in "Resolution No. 54-77, Intent to Vacate"
submitted by the Jefferson County Commissioners, and it appearing to
the Board of County commissioners that notice of hearing has been posted
and published for the time and in the manner provided by law, proof
of such posting and publication being now on file herein, and said
Board having the other evidence adduced, and being fully advised in
the premises does now find and determine that the public will be
benefited by the vacation thereof;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, and it is HEREBY ORDERED THAT:
That portion of Paper Mill Road commencing at
Station 26 + 14.9 P .T'. of a 24Qcurve to the
left. Thence S 560-00' E to Station 32 + 00 a
distance of 585.1 feet, described in County Road
Project No. 135, all in Tax 13 Sec 15 T 30 N RlW,
be and the same are hereby vacated and abandoned.
