RESOLUTION NO. 6t.f-77
WHEREAS, Jefferson COl.mty has received application for a Shoreline
Managerrent Substantial Develotmmt Penni t from Kala Point Developrent Corrpany,
No. 33-76; and,
WHEREAS, Jefferson County has issued Shoreline Managerrent Substantial
Develop:rent Permit No. 33-76 to Kala Point Develotmmt Carpany; and,
WHEREAS, said SUbstantial Developrrent pennit was appealed to the State
of Washington Shoreline Hearings :Board under SHB No. 245 and 245B; and,
WHEREAS, said Shoreline Hearings Board has entered an Agreed Order
on Ranand and Dismissal of Appeal under SHB No. 245 and 245B; and,
WHEREAS, the Agreed Order on Remand and Dismissal of Appeal remands the
said appeal to the Jefferson Comty Board of Carmissioners and directs the said
:Board to inrorporate the rontractural agreement dated April 4, 1977, between Kala
Point Developnent Corrpany and the Snohanish Tribe of Indians, Inc. as additional
ronditions for the issuance of the said Shoreline Management Substantial Develop-
ment permit; and,
WHEREAS, the Jefferson County Board of Ccmni.ssioners deems it appropriate
to incorporate the conditions of the said April 4, 1977 contractural agreement as
additional rondi tions for issuance of Shoreline Managerrent Substantial Develotmmt
NJ. 33-76; now, therefore,
BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED that Jefferson County Shoreline Managerrent Substantial
Developrent Penni t NJ. 33-76, issued to Kala Point Developrrent Canpany is hereby
anended to include as an additimal rondition of approval the tenus and ronditions
set out in that contractural agreement dated April 4, 1977 between Kala Point
Developnent Ccmpany and the Snohanish Tribe of Indians, Inc., a copy of which is
attached hereto.
