RESOLUTION NO. 6:>7- 77
ORDER OF VACATION
This matter coming to be heard this day upon the County Road Engineer's
report with respect to the vacation set forth in "Petition for Vacation
of the County Road" submitted by the Kala Point Development Company, and
it appearing to the Board of County Commissioners that notice of hearing
has been posted and published for the time and in the manner provided by
law, proof of such posting and publication being now on file herein, and
said Board having the other evidence adduce~, and being fully advised in the
premises does now find and determine that the p~bl~ will be benefited. by
the vacation thereof:
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT tmSOLVED, and it is HEREBY ORDERED THAT:
The entire Olympic Heights parcel and Miller Tracts -
vacate all roads and lots, entire plat except Olympic
Heights Lots 14 and 15 (wit:hinBloc~A3) ~ A portion' is
superceded by Kala Point, Division 1,2,3. The balance
to be superceded by future Kala Point: filings. Access
easement provided to owner of two outparcel lots (lots
14 and 15 of Olympic Heights Plat) in the center of
Kala Point land, plus ingress, egress and'l1tility
easement on Kala Point Drive from beginning of above
easement to entrance gate at south boundary of Kala Point
Subdivision so long as said road remains private property,
be and the same are hereby vacated and abandoned; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVEP, that said petition is exempt from com-
pensation requirements specified under Ordinance No. 2-76 except for
the
