RESOLUTION NO. 109-77

A RESOLUTION providing for a supplemental budget for the
Mental Health/Drug Abuse Fund
WliEREAS, a 5.5% raise was given by the State for the second
half of the 1977 State Grant, and
WHEREAS, a Special Projects Grant award was made of $6,000.00
for the second half of 1977, and
WHEREAS, certain other revenues for 1977 were either less or
more than originally estimated, and
WHEREAS, to conform with standards of public accounting fixed
by the State Division of Municipal Corporations, a supplemental budget
for said funds has been prepared for the county auditor, a detailed copy
of which is hereto attached and made a part hereof, and
WHEREAS, notice was published for two consecutive weeks of
~e time and date of the meeting at which the supplemental appropriations

~~*_ wJUld be accepted for inclusion of said funds into the 1977 Mental Health

and Drug Abuse fund budget; and this being the time and date so published;.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Jefferson County
Commissioners that there is hereby found and declared to exist and
appropriation sufficient to meet the proposed expenditures during
calendar 1977 as herein reflected, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the County Auditor be, and she
is hereby authorized and empowered to make the expenditures necessary
as listed on the attached budget, not exceeding the gross amounts so
appropriate~, unless a review is applied for within five days from
date hereof.

Notice is hereby given that additional 1977 State Grant-In-Aid
Awards have been granted to the Jefferson County Mental Health and
Drug Abuse Program in the amount of $6,799; and it is the intent of
the Board of Jefferson County Commissioners to adopt a supplemental
appropriations resol~tion for the inclusions of said funds into the
