RESOIDTICN NO. '73- 7 7
WHEREAS, IEsolution Number 80-75, dated the 2lst day of November,
1975 established Roberta Hendrix as the second alternate COunty Mental Health
Professional as defined by :ocw 71. 05. 020 (11) and
't^1HEREAS, lbberta Hendrix is no longer a part of the local mantal
health program and no longer a resident of the county, and
WHEREAS, Aru1emarie ~,tmde has replaced Roberta Hendrix as a counselor
in the Jefferscn COunty Carmunity !>imtal Health Center and is qualified to
serve as a County Mental Health Professional,
NClV THEREFORE, it is hereby resolved that Aru1emarie ~,t::mde be narrEd
second alternate County Mental Health Professional and she shall function in
that capacity "in'. the absence or nnavailability of the prine COnnty rtmtal
Health Professional, Robert Goehring, and the first alternate COunty ~tmtal
Health Professional, Steven Sinon.
