FINDINGS AND DE'IERMINATICN
WHEREAS, certain items of personal property belonging to Jefferson
County have been identified by various departnent heads as no longer required
for County purposes, and
t'lHEREAS, notice of a hearing on the proposal to dispose of County
property on ~nday, October lO, 1977, has been given in conpliance with RCW 36.34.020
and .030, and
WHEREAS, hearing on the prcposal to sell County property has been
held and all evidence offered for and against the propriety and advisability
of such sale has been considered by the Board of Conmissioners, Now, 'lherefore,
IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that sale of those i tans listed on the attached
INVEN'lORY is authorized and approved; and
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED that sale shall be held on & ~../ :!../~ , 117 "1

ROW 36.34.090 and .100.
