RESOLUTION NO. '7S'~17
WHEREAS, Jefferson County has received application for a Shoreline
Management Substantial Development Permit from Kala Point Development
Company, No. 33-76; and,
WHEREAS, Jefferson County has issued Shoreline Management Substantial
Development Permit No. 33-76 to Kala Point Development Company; and,
WHEREAS, said Substantial Development Permit was appealed to the
State of Washington Shoreline Hearings Board under SHB No. 245 and 245B;
and,
WHEREAS, said Shoreline Hearings Board has entered an Agreed Order
on Remand and Dismissal of Appeal under SHB No. 245 and 245B; and,
WHEREAS, the Agreed Order on Remand and Dismissal of Appeal remands
the said appeal to the Jefferson County Board of Commissioners and directs
the said Board to incorporate the contractural agreement dated April 4, 1977,
between Kala Point Development Company and the Snohomish Tribe of Indians,
Inc. as additional conditions for the issuance of the said Shoreline
Management Substantial Development permit; and,
WHEREAS, the Jefferson County Board of Commissioners deems it
appropriate to incorporate the conditions of the said April 4, 1977
contractural agreement as additional conditions for issuance of Shoreline
Management Substantial Development No. 33-76; now, therefore,
BE IT HEREB~ RESOLVED that Jefferson County Shoreline Management
Substantial Development Permit No. 33-76, issued to Kala Point Development
Company is hereby amended to include as an additional condition of
approval the terms and conditions set out in that contractural agreement
dated April 4, 1977 between Kala Point Development Company and the
Snohomish Tribe of Indians, Inc., a copy of which is attached hereto.
