Board of County Commissioners that notice of hearing has bee~posted
and publisheCl" for the time and in the manner provided by law, proo.f
of such posting and publication being now on file herein, and said
Board having the other evidence adduced, and being fully advised in the
premises does now find and determine that the public will be benefited
by the vacation thereof:
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, and it is HEREBY ORDERED THAT:
A portion of old County Road No. 48 commencing
near NW Corner Block 5, Eisenbeis Bay View
Addition running thence Southeasterly across Blocks
5, 10, 19, 20, 23, 34 and 35 over the existing
roadway, and ending at the south line of Block 35
Eisenbeis Bay View Addition, a distance of l400
feet.
be and the same are hereby vacated and abandoned; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that said petition is exempt from com-
pensation requirements specified under Ordinance No. 2-76 except for
