RESOLUTION NO. $3-17 DISBURSEMENT OF FEDERAL FOREST RESERVE MONIES A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF JEFFERSON COUNTY, WASHINGTON, DISTRIBUTING AND ALLOCATING FEDERAL FOREST RESERVE MONIES RECEIVED BY JEFFERSON COUNTY FOR THE CALENDAR YEAR 1977. WHEREAS, the Jefferson County Treasurer is in receipt of the sum of two million, five hundred thirty six thousand, two hundred two dollars and eighty two cents ($2,536,202.82) from the State Auditor of the State of Washington, representing this County's distributive share of Federal Forest Reserve Revenues apportioned by the U. S. Department of Agriculture during the calendar year 1977 and pursuant to the statute of the State of Washington in such cases made and provided it is now the duty of the Board of Jefferson County Commissioners to make the proper disposition thereof; and WHEREAS, this Board of County Commissioners has given careful consideration to the needs of the County Road System and to the needs of the several school districts of Jefferson County and their necessary administrative requirements; NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, and this Board of County Commis- sioners does hereby order, allocate, distribute and apportion said sum of $2,536,202.82 as follows: (A) To the COUNTY ROAD FUND for the maintenance and construction of County Roads during the year 1978 the sum of $1,268,lOl.4l, to be transferred into said fund on January 3, 1978; (B) To the COUNTY SCHOOL DISTRICTS the sum of $l,268,lOl.4l, plus all accrued interest received on their apportion- ment, to be distributed as follows: apportioned to the General Fund of each school district by the County Superintendent of Schools (ESD #ll4) according to law, as follows: /:." ebllLf';;, , <,., i ~;.' ;-?' n ~.VOL 3 rAGF n ~ iiC>"~ tJ~~ " ~ School District No. 20 (Queets-C1earwater) $ 36,423.99 school District No. 46 (Brinnon) 27,620.l6 School District No. 48 (Qui1cene) l46,056.92 School District No. 49 (Chimacum) 317,498.41 School District No. 50 (Port Townsend 740,501.93 Total $1,268,101.41 APPROVED and ADOPTED this 19th day of December, 1977.
