Re: Eastablishment of County Road
Gentlemen:
Jefferson County, the U. S. Forest Service and all of the adjacent land-
owners; Pope & Talbot, Crown Zellerbach, City of Port Townsend and the Trans
West Company have agreed to convert the Snow Creek Road from Taylor's Ranch
to the National Forest Boundary to a county road.
We now have deeds from all of the above parties. The public would be
benefited by this establishment, therefore, I recommend that this road be
established as a county road.
