The Board of County Commissioners for Jefferson County, having
been informed that today the Superior Court of the State of Washington
for Jefferson County entered its order and judgment for the fore-
closure of the tax lien for the taxes for the years of 1966, 1967 and
1968, as reflected in Certificate of Delinquency No. 51, as filed
in said Superior Court; now, therefore
Pursuant to the provisions of RCW 84.64.080, be it RESOLVED
and it is hereby ORDERED that the Treasurer of Jefferson County proceed
to sell the property described in said Certificate in the manner and
form provided by law, and that Friday, the 1st day of February, 1974,
at the front door of the Jefferson County Courthouse, in the City of
port Townsend~~~~J;l;:rson, State of Washington, commencing
at the hour of 9:00 in the forenoon of said day and continuing until

not later than 4:00 in the afternoon of said day, be and the same
is hereby fixed as the time and place for the conduct of said sale.
ADOPTED this 21st day of January, 1974.
