.l. resolution of the Board of Jefferson County
C"omm1ssioners amending Resolution lb. g ~ 7,:f~
Qt 1973 and appointing Jay B . Skewes as regional
L8Il. and Justice Planning Director for Cla1l8ll and
Jefferson Counties.
WHEREAs the Office of Regional Law and Justice Planner is now
provided for by a reduced yearly" funding grant and M now
a part-time office and,
Vhereas Hr. Jay B . Skewes is familiar with the Criminal Justice
System in both Clallam and Jeffersor1 Counties and has
agr~ed to work with all segments of. the System, and,
WHEREAS Mf.~ 'Crai~"Ritchei, the former Law"and Justice Planning
Director, has agreed to consult with and assist the
new law and Justice Planning director.
NCW THEREFORE BE n'HEREBY RESOLVED by tlie. Board of Commissioners
of Jetferson County, Washington that Mr. Jai B. Skewes be, and the same hereby is
appointed J"efferson County Law and ~ustice Planning Director
tor the Clallam-J efferson Region.
