IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS that it is
the~r intention to improve 1.5 miles of the Black Point Road by
relocating, clearing, grubbing, grading and draining.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT for the foregoing proper county road purpose
there is hereby appropriated sums in the following detail:

necessit~ and the Count~ Road Engineer l.S HEREBY ORDERED AND AUTHORIZED TO
report and proceed thereon as by law provided.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this purpose be performed by day labor in
accordance with State of Washington Standard Specifications for Road and
Br~dge Construction as adopted by th~s Board.
