ORDER OF VACATION

This matter coming to be heard this day upon the County Road Engineer's report
with respect to the vacation set forth in Resolution No. 1-74 adopted the 7th
day of January, 1974, and it appearing to the Board of County Commissioners that
notice of'hearing upon said Engineer's report has been posted and p'Ublished for
the time and in the manner provided by law, proof of such posting and p'Ublication
being now on file herein, and said Board hav1na proc~eded to consider the report
of the Engineer, togetherw1th the other evidence adduced, and being fully advised
in the premises, does now find and determine
That the p'Ublic will be benefited by the vacation thereof,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, and it is HEREBY ORDERED THAT
All that portion of the East Quilcene Road, County Road No. 20,
south of a line 40' south of the north line of SEt of the SEt of
Section 31, T. 27 N., R. 1 W.W.M.
be and the same are hereby vacated and abandoned.
