RESOLUTION NO_ /9-~Y/
WHEREAS, the BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS, JEFFERSON COUNTY,
WASHINGTON, a Municipal Division of the State of Washington, and Bayshore
Enterprises, Inc., a Washington non-profit corporation, has entered into agree-
ment for the furnishing of special services for the Mentally Retarded Adult
residents of Jefferson County, and
WHEREAS, it is necessary for the county to provide funding to
ensure fulfillment of these services relative to advancement of the functioning of
the developmentally disabled,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the BOARD OF JEFFERSON
COUNTY COMMISSIONERS, that the Treasurer be, and hereby she is authorized,
empowered and directed to transfer the amount of $5,000.00 from the Revenue
Sharing Fund into the Mental Health Mental Retardation Fund for and in considera-
tion of payment by the County to Bayshore Enterprises, Inc.
APPROVED and ADOPTED this /~day of April, 1974.
