INTENT TO VACATE
Resolution No. crr- 2,;/
WHEREAS, after due consideration, it appears to this Board of County
Commissioners that it is not in the interest of Jefferson County to maintain
the following described road as a part of the Jefferson County Road system:
That portion of the Old Norland Road lying Westerly
of the present Ness-Flagler road No. 4 within Tax
No.7, Sec. 28, T. 30 N., R. 1 E.W.M.
Less the South 30 ft. in Tax 7.
BE IT RESOLVED, and this Board of County Commissioners does now delcare
its intent,to vacate said road and be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, and the County Road Engineer is hereby directed to ex-
amine said Road and report his opinion as to whether this road should be
vacated; whether any is in use or has been in use; the conditions thereof,
and all other facts, matters and things which will be of importance to the
Board, and that such report be filed as soon as practi<i:able.
