RESOLUTION NO. ~~:P y"
WHEREAS I the Board of Commissioners I Jefferson County Washington I
have been advised of an error that was made in the Clerk's Office relative to
"support payments", and
WHEREAS, State Auditor Ray Johnson recommends that a temporary loan
be authorized to enable correction of said error,
THEREFORE I BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS I
JEFFERSON COUNTY I WAS HINGTON, that the Auditor be, and hereby she is author-
ized to draw up a warrant from Advanced Expenditures to the County Clerk I s Trust
Account for the amount of $200.00, for the purpose of balancing this account, and
which shall be returned to Advanced Expenditures within sixty (60) days.
APPROVED and ADOPTED this 1?1 dI day of May, 1974.
