INTENT TO ESTABLISH COUNTY ROAD

WHEREAS, after due consideration, it appears to this Board of County Commis-
sioners that it is in the public interest to maintain as a part of the County
Road System:
The West 40 feet of Gov. Lot 1 (the swt of the swt)
of Section 32, T. 27 N., R. 1 W.W.M. and the South 40
feet of the SEt of SEt of Section 31, T. 27 N., R 1, W.W.M.
and in contemplation of the language of Statute R.C.W. 36.81_010, now there-
fore,
BE IT RESOLVED, this Board of County Commissioners does now declare its
intention to establish said road, and be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, and the County Road Engineer is hereby directed to examine
said road and report his opinion as to whether this road is practicable, as
to the necessity of the road, as to the proper terminal points, general
course and length thereof; and all other facts, matters and things which
will be of importance to the Board; and that such report be filed as soon
as possible.
