INTENT TO VACATE

WHEREAS, after due consideration, it appears to this Board of County Commissioners
that it is not in the interest of Jefferson County to have the following described
real estated platted:
All of Blocks 2l, 22, 2~ 24 25 and all of Deleware, Kansas,
Texas, Nevada, COlorado~n~ownsend Drive lying between the
south line of Columbia Avenue and the north right of way line
of U ..8. Highway 10l in the Plat of Belleview located in
Section 29, T. 25 N., R. 2 W.W.M.
BE IT RESOLVED, and this Board of County Commissioners does now delcare its intent
to vacate said plat, and be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, and the County Road Engineer is hereby directed to examine said
Plat and report his opinion as to whether this real estate should be vacated;
whether any is in use or has been in use; the conditions thereof, and all other
facts, matters and things which will be of importance to the Board, and that such
report be filed as soon as practicable.
