On behalf of Lori and Chris Raymaker, owners of the referenced property, Evergreen Engineering
Services is please to present this inspection report. OnFebruary 17, 2022,we inspectedstormwater
management facilities including roof downspouts and dispersion systems. The overall stormwater
management system is installed according to approved plans dated July 7, 2020, and appears to be
functioning well.
Please accept this letter as verification that all stormwater management features at this site have
