development, and management of ATV trails and areas as provided in the 1972

Vehicle (ATV) Funds for A1V-rclatcd purposes, rind
Whereas, the County of Teffer~().J1_.cons iders it in the best publ ic interest
to provide for the needs of ATV users ~lithin its jurisdiction;
Now therefore be it resolved that the BOClrd of County Commissioners of the
County of. Tefferson of the State of \lashington,

Authorizes the Ch~irman to make app1 ic~tion to the lAC for ATV Funds
,av~il~ble to it as its Fiscal YC.:lr 1973 apportionment, and be it
further resolved:

That the ATV Funds received be used in accordance with the Guidelines
for ATV Funds establ ished by the lAC for the purpo~es specified
therein, and be it further resolved:
3)
That this resolution be su~mittcd to the lAC with the necessary
Application in order to facilitate the ts"ansf~r of available ATV
Funds from the lAC to the Jefferson County Treasurer-

You are hereby requested to consider this application for All-
:errain Vehicle Funds and to approve the transfer of such funds'
from the Outdoor Recreation Account to the applicant. This
applic~tion has been prepared in compliancc with the Guidelines
for ATV Funds - WAC 286-26 and administrative procedures of the
Interagency Committee for Outdoor Recreation which are pursuant
thereto.
We understand that t~e use of the Funds for which this application
;s submitted is governed by RCW 1,6.09 (the 1972 ATV Act) and the
Guidelines for ATV Funds of the Interagency Committee for Outdoor
Recreation which are pursuant thereto.
The amount of All-terrain Vehicle Funds for Fiscal Year 1973 which
we are applying for is $ 1,270.26 as has been determined by
the Interagency Corrmittce for Outdoor Recreation to be our apportion-
ment for the remainder of calendar year 1973.
