RESOLUTION NO. $.6-:: p-Y'
WHEREAS, the Board of Jefferson County Commissioners has been
informed that it is necessary that the Agent pay to the United States Postal
Service for office space in the Federal Building in the City of Port Townsend,
which amount of rent for the remainder of calendar 1974 is the sum of $1,250,
and
WHEREAS, this problem could not have been forseen at the time of
the adoption of the budget for said County Agricultural Agent for said calendar
1974;
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that an emergency is hereby declared
and found to exist for the immediate appropriation for the said sum of $1,250,
and said sum is so appropriated for the maintenance of the office.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED and the facts are hereby found to be non-
debatable in character. This resolution will be in force and effect without
further notice or hearing.
APPROVED and ADOPTED this 1st. day of July, 1974.
