RESOLUTION NO.~~-?~

PURSUANT TO 1973 enactment of the State Legislature,
and as approved by the Governor
BE IT RESOLVED that effective as of this date, County
officials and employees traveling on public business in
their respective private automobiles shall be entitled to
mileage at the rate of $.15 per mile.
ADOPTED this 1st day of July, 1974.

I have just been advised by the County Auditor that although the above
mentioned resolution has an effective date of July 1, 1974, actual
mileage cannot be charged prior to July 24,1974. House Bill 150 does
not contain an emergency clause and therefore, does not go into effect
until 90 days following adjournment of the 1974 3rd. Ex. Session.
